Return & Refund Policy

At Zippyshoe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing time.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the refund hasn't been processed. Some banks or payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please include your order number, date of purchase, and the payment method used in your communication.
